Living in the moment may seem an impossibility to some; however, it is a gift that we can each give ourselves if we so choose. Through the lens of travel and Judaism, this interactive seminar will explore the bustling streets of Bangkok, Thailand, the temples of Cambodia, and the juxtaposition that is Myanmar, as we explore the means by which we can choose to lead a more mindful, present, purposeful life.

Chelsea is a perpetual student and that is exactly what makes her happy. She has a Masters in International Affairs from the Norman Paterson School of International Affairs, and is now a second year law student at the University of Ottawa. She has travelled the world and values conversations with strangers and tries to embrace the moments of her life.
