with Susan Landau Chark
This session focuses on communication that is both grounded and dynamic. “Grounded” means our discussion of compassionate communication is contextualized through Jewish texts. “Dynamic” means that everyone present brings his or her own experience to the conversation on compassionate communication. Four effective tools will be introduced during our conversation: observations, feelings, needs, and requests. These tools are invaluable for creating and maintaining compassionate connections.
